Hunt Club: My Community Newsletter

This publication started in 2013 with the intent of knitting together a tighter community through shared stories and information from our community. Hunt Club: My Community (ISSN 2291-0824) is published quarterly. Publication of the newsletter may occur more frequently with the implementation of a new website. Writing, editing, and production is done by volunteers. Opinions expressed are those of the authors and not necessarily of the Hunt Club Community Association

Annual General Meeting: 2020

Monday, November 2 @ 7:00 pm

The Hunt Club Community Association (HCCA) holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Hunt Club-Riverside Park Community Centre, on the first Monday in November of each year.

At every AGM, the President, Executive, and Committee Chairs present their annual reports, including the annual financial report. Other current business that members raise may be discussed, including any proposed changes to Association policies or bylaws. Then the nominations for the next year's Board are presented and voted on by all "members in good standing", who are Hunt Club residents who have been registered members for at least 3 months prior to the AGM.

Any Hunt Club resident is welcome to attend, whether or not they are registered members. In fact, this is a good time to register and find out more about the community, especially if you are new to the neighbourhood.
